Survival Series sells digital downloads. We stand behind every guide we make, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason — the guide wasn't what you expected, it didn't help, you changed your mind — email TheeSurvivalSeries@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no questions.

We also want to make things right for any technical issues — files that won't download, corrupted files, accidental duplicate purchases. Same email, same 14-day window. We'll re-send the file or refund the order.

As a courtesy, we ask that you delete your downloaded copies after a refund is issued.

We process valid refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
