This store sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping.

The moment your payment clears, you'll receive:

• Download links on the order confirmation page
• An email with the same download links
• The files themselves (PDF + DOCX), bundled in one downloadable package

No shipping fees, no carriers, no tracking numbers. Delivery is typically immediate (under 60 seconds).

If you can't find the email, check your spam folder, then email TheeSurvivalSeries@gmail.com and we'll resend the files directly.

File formats: PDF (any device, print-ready) and DOCX (editable in Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages).

File size: Approximately 500 KB total. No special software required.

Download window: Your download links remain valid indefinitely. You can re-download the files at any time from your account or order confirmation email.
